Thank you to everyone who was able to join us at Trajen in Hayward! We enjoyed an evening of great food, networking, and education. We dined on a wonderfully prepared fiest with specialities prepared from all four corners of our country. AirChef's Chef Rick shared with us insight into the complexities of catering as well as reminding us about the spirit of working together and increased communication to insure optimal client satisfaction.
